Nestled in the coastal waters of Gothenburg, Sweden, Färskfjord draws on centuries-old Swedish fishing traditions to pioneer responsible aquaculture. Our 16 dedicated team members, including Fish Farm Managers Henrik Larsson and Piotr Nowak, employ advanced, low-impact techniques to farm premium salmon, trout, and mussels.
